Their [Cynroc's] responsibilities were extensive and complex---the planning and follow-through of everything from registration and catering to audio, lighting, and video streaming of the entire conference. They arranged personal offices and separate meeting rooms for each of the Montana Congressional Delegation, as well as taking care to ensure that our breakout sessisons were well marked, personally catered, and technically solid...Cynroc managed the pre-registration and on-site registration of nearly 1200 attendees. They created a database, communicated weekly numbers to the Summit team, and designed and produced name tags. At the Summit, Cynroc set up networked laptop computers preloaded with the database, and trained volunteers to check in pre-registered attendees, to register walk-ins, and to print professional nametags on site...Throughout the Summit and during the planning wrap up, Cynroc were strong communicators, detail trackers, and problem-solvers. They anticipated problems and created back up plans. As a result, the Summit was very successful.
